Italian Ready...Part 2

As you already know, I attended an Italian cooking class on Friday.  The class was titled, "Date Night: Romance in Italy." So of course my sister and I brought along our boyfriends.  I loved creating and coming up with adaptations to the recipes they gave us... it made the night way more fun. 



We started off the evening making pecorino peppercorn biscotti-so delicious.  

Next, we started on the prosciutto-wrapped chicken breast, which had a lemon sage cream sauce.  

We then cooked broccoli that was sauteed in wine and garlic. 

And last but not least.. dessert:  Honey ricotta cheesecakes...so light and fluffy!
